Liam was extremely helpful, friendly and flexible throughout the process, from initial contact through to completing the work, and also liaising with a fellow trader for a related job. He was professional and knowledgeable, offered options and guidance, as well as being cost-conscious and trying to limit the extra expense when in fact the job turned out to be bigger than expected. He was polite and easy-going, interesting to talk with and a pleasure to have visit my home. Liam recently helped us with initially what we thought was a short circuit problem but helped and guided us professionally through what we needed to do to bring our electrics up to a modern safe standard. Liam was not pushy and gave lots of options of how we could tackle the problem. The work was of a really high standard and worked extra hours to help us get the job finished on time.
